to handover.
Every project follows the same eight stages. The scale changes. The discipline does not.

Study & tender
Drawings, specifications, quantities and site conditions are reviewed. Queries are raised before the price, not after.

Planning & mobilisation
Baseline programme, method statements, procurement plan, site offices and temporary works.
- 03
Engineering & submittals
Shop drawings, material submittals and samples go to the consultant early to protect the critical path.

Procurement
Long-lead items are ordered first. Suppliers are tracked against the programme.

Execution
Works proceed by approved method statements, with daily coordination between trades.

Inspection & testing
Inspection requests, material tests and stage approvals before any work is covered.

Handover & close-out
Snag list cleared, systems tested, as-built drawings and O&M manuals delivered.

Defects liability
We stay available after handover and attend to any defects within the agreed period.
